Chef Maha Hassan, CEO of WYT Cafe, who earned a diploma in patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked alongside renowned regional chefs, decided to pour her love into WYT Cafe from her passion for creating out-of-this-world food, but with simplicity at the core. “In a market such as Dubai, where most things are peppered with flamboyance, WYT Cafe represents simplicity – a place which is made of pure love, passion and commitment,” said Chef Hassan.
WYT Cafe presents a selection of wholesome dishes that guests are invited to indulge in. This all-day dining destination caters to everyone’s taste; begin your morning with a vibrant bowl of açai served with fresh mixed berries, banana and desiccated coconut. If you prefer something light and refreshing at midday or lunch, WYT’s burrata and pesto salad is served with heirloom tomatoes toasted in a fresh basil pesto, topped with baby rocca, basil and a creamy burrata cheese, balsamic reduction, and roasted pine nuts – this crispy, crunchy plate is bound to make your tastebuds happy. Another favourite on the lunch menu is the grilled wild chilean sea bass served with mashed potato, sautéed baby spinach and ribbons of carrots. Guests can also explore other items on the extensive menu, tucking into WYT Cafe’s signature dishes, freshly cooked to order. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy the baked-to-perfection croissants risen daily in-house, tarts filled with pastry cream, fresh fruit or chocolate confit, finished with whipped vanilla ganache.
