Vietnamese Foodies: Family-owned restaurant offers 4-course Iftar like no other

Vietnamese Foodies, the award-winning home of fresh, healthy, and affordable Vietnamese cuisine in Dubai is celebrating the joy of Ramadan through an abundant 4-course Iftar special. Available for dine-in at their Nakheel Mall, Downtown Dubai and JLT branches, or through delivery to over 60 Dubai neighbourhoods during the Holy Month, this Viet-Iftar features a healthy menu that also embraces rich and complex flavours for only AED 109 (inclusive of VAT) per person.

Offering up to six choices of signature South Vietnamese dishes across each course: appetiser, soup, salad and main, the menu caters to a variety of tastes and preferences. Foodies will also be given the option to upgrade their main course with a selection of Chef’s Signature dishes. 

With many people gathering for Ramadan for the first time in years, Vietnamese Foodies’ owner and Executive Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen said that she wanted to channel the spirit of Vietnamese joy and luck to those breaking fast this year with family and friends.

“This year we wanted to spread joy and luck to all those observing Ramadan and we feel privileged to be able to serve more customers than ever before with our new Nakheel Mall location now open,” said Chef Lily. “Our menu this year features our most-loved dishes, as well as a selection of my own signature dishes, all filling, all healthy and perfect to have with friends and family.”

On the menu*, which includes dairy- and gluten-free, paleo and vegan choices are six savoury starters including Grilled Chicken Satay, Vegan Spring Rolls, and Crispy Coconut Prawns with Sweet Chilli Sauce. Four fresh and delicious salads choices include Green Papaya & Prawn Salad and Vegan Salad with Baby Gem Lettuce and among the four choices in the hearty soup course are the popular Beef Brisket Pho as well as Vegan Pho. For  the mains, there are six mouth-watering dishes to choose from including Beef Stir Fry with Capsicum & Basil, Sichuan Chicken Stir Fry or Vegan Curry.  Diners will also have the option to upgrade their main with one of four choices from Chef Lily’s Signature menu including Atlantic Miso Salmon (+10Dhs), Lemongrass Chicken & Rice (+10Dhs), Hoisin Grilled Duck (+14Dhs) or Sizzling King Prawns (+24dhs).

Vietnamese Foodies’ Viet-Iftar will be available daily from Friday, 1st of April until Monday, 2nd May, during opening hours at the restaurant’s Nakheel Mall, JLT and Downtown Dubai locations. The Viet-Iftar is also available daily for delivery with delivery to over 60 Dubai neighbourhoods through the restaurant’s website www.vietnamesefoodies.com or via Deliveroo.

Throughout Ramadan, the restaurant’s regular menu will be available to order for delivery or dine-in between 11:30am to 10:00pm at the Nakheel Mall, JLT and Downtown locations. Vietnamese Foodies location at the Time Out Market Dubai will be open daily with a menu of some of the award-winning restaurants’ most popular Southern Vietnamese dishes.
