Fair to partly overcast skies are expected, and mild to moderate breezes will blow sand and dust throughout the day. Over the East Coast, low clouds might emerge, and later in the day, wet convective clouds could form.
Tuesday morning will see a rise in humidity, which may cause fog or mist in certain places. Both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea will see mild to moderate sea conditions.
