The UAE has sent 25 tonnes of essential relief aid, including food and medical supplies, to El Arish city in Egypt for delivery to the Gaza Strip through the Rafah Border Crossing.
This initiative is part of the ‘Tarahum for Gaza’ campaign launched by the UAE in October to address the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Palestine, with a focus on vulnerable groups such as children and women.
The campaign, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Community Development, involves various entities, including the World Food Programme, the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, charitable organizations, volunteers, and the private sector.
