For the month of August, the UAE cut retail fuel prices by up to 62 fils per liter in accordance with global crude oil prices.
The UAE’s oil pricing committee decreased Super 98 by 13% from Dh4.63 per litre in July to Dh4.03 in August; Special 95 was dropped by 13.27% to Dh3.92 from Dh4.52 in the previous month; and E-Plus 91 was reduced by 13.5% to Dh3.84 from Dh4.44.
Additionally, fuel prices dropped 13% to Dh4.14 per liter in August, down from Dh4.76 a liter in July.
