UAE continues to aid Libya following Storm Daniel for fifth day in a row

For five days, the UAE has sent humanitarian supplies, search and rescue personnel to Libya in response to Storm Daniel’s effects. 

This operation, led by President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, entails delivering 450 tonnes of necessary supplies, including food, housing materials, health packages, and first aid kits, to the hardest-hit areas, mainly in eastern Libya. 

with addition, search and rescue teams with contemporary equipment and 96 employees have been dispatched to help with difficult operations. 

The UAE’s continued relief efforts, including medical assistance, are intended at reducing the humanitarian catastrophe in Libya caused by Storm Daniel.
