The 30×30 Challenge: Participants are encouraged to engage in 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 consecutive days, championing the vision of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
Diverse Activities: The event offers an extensive range of activities including running, cycling, swimming, yoga, weightlifting, and even padel.
