The UAE sent an assistance plane carrying 10,000 school bags and 2,500 laptop computers to Ukraine to assist kids affected by the country’s ongoing crisis.
This humanitarian initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the Foundation of Ukraine’s First Lady, Olina Zelenska. Many Ukrainian students are learning virtually after fleeing to neighbouring countries as a result of the war precipitated by the Russian invasion.
This aid is part of the UAE’s ongoing assistance to Ukraine during this crisis. The UAE earlier dispatched a ship carrying 250 tonnes of relief to individuals affected by the violence, including personal items, lighting equipment, and blankets.
