Kris with a View, luxury restaurant on the 19th floor of the five-star Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel right across from the Burjuman Centre, has rolled out an eat-all-you-can buffet theme night that brings the best of Chinese and Japanese cuisines on your table.

Named, “From Shanghai to Tokyo,” the culinary journey begins right as you step into the dimly-light dining destination with the DJ Daphne playing cool music from one corner, around five food stations including a Steamed Bao and Ramen stop all over the place, as well as two food trolleys – one each for sushi and dimsum.
And yes, they wouldn’t call it Kris with a View if you are not treated to a really wonderful scene down below on Sheikh Zayed Road as a river of light from cars makes its way across the city, not to mention a picturesque Dubai at sundown.

Starting Saturday, 30 July, Shanghai to Tokyo will have a “stopover” in Manila where customers can indulge themselves in Beef Kare Kare, Tofu Sisig and Ginataang Tuna (tuna in coconut milk).
What’s on the spread right now are Salmon Masago, Chicken Katsu, Yaki Udon, Mizo-glazed Eggplant, Shanghai Chicken and Chinese Black Pepper Beaf, Chinese Greens and Mushrooms, among others.
Must-try from the sweets station are the Hokkaido Cheese Tart, the warm Custard Cake, Sago Pudding and Matcha Roll.
The Salad Bar is oozing with options while a friendly chef is on stand by for your order at the Ramen Station.
