The heavy rain and strong winds that lashed the city led to widespread power cuts, forcing the closure of the hotel since August 6.
The management of QE2, docked at Dubai’s Port Rashid, issued an advisory to guests, explaining the situation and revealing that the closure is expected to last until August 16.
