Khaled Al Shehhi, a rising star on the UAE National Jiu-Jitsu Team, has achieved exceptional success at the Jiu-Jitsu World Championship, winning five gold medals in his weight category over three years. Al Shehhi’s performances in the 62-kilogram category have reinforced the UAE’s strong position on the worldwide ranking table. His accomplishments, especially at such a young age, make him a potential record-breaker and future sports icon.
Al Shehhi expressed enormous delight in contributing to his country’s achievement and stated that he intends to continue growing his talents while drawing inspiration from his previous successes. Following his recent victories at the World Championships in Mongolia and Kazakhstan, his next ambition is to capture black-belt gold at the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship in November.
