Pani Puris are puffed crispy balls which are stuffed with spicy potato filling and are served mint based water. However, what the mastermind behind the fusion food concept Bol Gappa, Hricha Saraf, has done with this street food is exceptional.
At Bol Gappa, crispy pani puri balls are dipped in layers of chocolate, and are stuffed with chunks of brownies before being served with a special sweet syrup prepared in house using traditional dessert recipes.
