Named after the ancient Greek goddess of love, beauty and passion, the ‘Aphrodite Oysters’ are exquisitely presented, accompanied by rose petals and served on a platter. Perfectly portioned for sharing, the platter offers two oysters topped with basil and avocado cream and caviar, along with two oysters served with home-made beetroot vinegar, a dash of Greek olive oil and Avgotaraho Messolonghi.
