The fee cancellation applies to airline agents, offices, and branches operating in Dubai, as per the decision issued by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
As per the decision of the Shiekh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, the cancellation of fees applies to airline agents, offices, and branches currently operating in Dubai.
Resolution No. (4) of 1998, issued on March 12, 1985, cancels fees levied on airline agents, their branches, and airline offices operating in the emirate.
On the exact Resolution, it added that fees levied on airline agents, as well as the provisions of any other resolution that contradicts the provision of Resolution No. (32) of 2022.
It will be published in the Official Gazette on the date of its issuance.
