Fahad Abdulla Jassem Hassan is not your ordinary 26-year-old Emirati professional boxer. His journey to becoming a successful boxer and fitness coach was not an easy one, but he believes that with hard work, determination, and a positive attitude, anyone can achieve their dreams.
Fahad started his career at Round10 Boxing Club, one of the leading boxing gyms in Dubai, where he honed his skills as a boxer and developed his passion for coaching. For the past 7 years, he has been representing both the UAE and the Philippines in various international competitions, including the Coca Cola Arena in Dubai and Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. Fahad is determined to make both of his backgrounds proud of what he can do and what he has accomplished.
Aside from boxing, Fahad enjoys spending time with his loved ones, exploring new food spots, and watching movies. He also understands the importance of giving back to the community, which is why he is involved in various activities that benefit other people.
Despite his success in the industry, Fahad acknowledges the everyday struggles of being a professional boxer. He has to endure strenuous training sessions twice a day while maintaining a strict diet to maintain his weight. However, he sees these struggles as a necessary sacrifice to achieve his ultimate goal of becoming a world champion.
Fahad has also encountered his fair share of struggles outside of the ring. He had to overcome his first career loss, which was mentally challenging for him as he thought it would affect his boxing career. His mother was his source of strength during these trying times, reminding him that everything happens for a reason and things will come at the right time.
Fahad’s ultimate dream is to retire his mother, pay off their debts, and become financially free. He also wants to make history as the first-ever world champion to come out of the UAE.
Dubai is not just a place where Fahad works, but it is also his home. He loves the diversity of the city and the sense of togetherness that it brings. He sees himself settling down in Dubai and contributing to the community that has given him so much.
