After the first phase of the Shamsa Townhouses project in Expo Valley quickly sold out, Expo City Dubai’s master developer has announced the second part of the development. Both potential homeowners and foreign investors have expressed a strong interest in this development.
Notably, Mangrove Residences, a part of Expo Central, is also enjoying fast sales, and two further clusters, Sidr Residences and Sky Residences, are planned for release in the near future.
