Eric has over 15 years of UAE hospitality experience, having worked in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman for major international brands such as Radisson Hotel Group, Ramada Hotels, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
Eric was born and raised in the UAE and holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Montreux, Switzerland, as well as an MBA in General Management from Emirates Aviation University in Dubai.
The 304-room Premier Inn Dragon Mart opened in 2019 and welcomed over 156,000 domestic and international guests in 2018. The property is close to Dragon Mart, the world’s largest Chinese trading hub outside of China, with its 5,000 shops, restaurants, and attractions.
