Due to the various programs targeted at empowering Emirati residents and boosting their general abilities as part of the country’s broader Emiratisation efforts, Emirati citizens accounted for roughly one-third of the total number of employees at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Emirati people made up around 30% of all Expo 2020 Dubai employees, with 248 working in operations and 35% in managerial roles.
The “Pavilions and Exhibitions Department” employed 56 citizens, while the Director-Office General’s employed 35 and communications, marketing, and sales employed 32.
