Expatriates working in different government departments in Dubai will roll out an end-of-service scheme starting July 1, Dubai authorities announced.
Together with Dubai International Financial Centre, the entity responsible for the said scheme has held a meeting with various government officials and senior executives to discuss the plan.
In March 2022, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum approved the scheme to attract and retain skillful individuals through an integrated system and offer them various saving opportunities.
For now, the project’s target is Dubai government entities and will be expanding soon in later stages.
Through voluntary savings, employees can save more.
