Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC), a part of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has added four new smart and creative features to its digital application (DTC App). This move aligns with DTC’s digital transformation plan and commitment to provide safe and sustainable digital transportation choices, as well as Dubai’s leadership in the transportation industry.
The “Hourly Rental” service, which caters to residents, visitors, and companies, is one of the new offerings. This service allows customers to make many journeys without selecting a specific destination and is available 24/7, enabling flexibility and convenience for a variety of transportation requirements.
Another service, the “Lost and Found Service,” allows clients to recover belongings left in cabs by contacting with the driver or utilising the Lost Item Request function in the DTC App.
The “Meet Me Here” feature, which allows users to share their exact location with pals for quicker gatherings, has also been added. Furthermore, the “Share My Trip Status” function allows users to share precise travel facts to family and friends, such as the route and projected arrival time.
DTC’s digital application provides a variety of services while accelerating the transportation booking process with innovative technologies.
