Dubai Crown Prince prays for safe return of missing Titanic sub’s crew

Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has extended his heartfelt prayers for the safe return of the five-person crew during the ongoing hunt for the missing submersible in the North Atlantic. He stressed that his thoughts are with them and their families at this trying time as a sign of solidarity.

The Crown Prince took to Twitter to share his sentiments, stating, “While search teams are working hard to rescue passengers of the OceanGate Submarine: Hamish Harding, Shahzada Dawood, his son Suleman, Paul-Henry Nargeolet, and Stockton Rush; Dubai and its people pray for their safety and hopeful return home. We are following the updates anxiously and are unified in our prayers for them and their families during these difficult times.”

Along with Stockton Rush, the founder and CEO of the submersible’s US-based operating company OceanGate Expeditions, and Pakistani-born businessman Shahzada Dawood and his 19-year-old son Suleman, British billionaire Hamish Harding, who resides in Dubai, is also on board.

Dubai expresses its support for the crew’s well-being and a secure reunion with their loved ones while the search activities go on.
