According to the report in Khaleej Times, in the program launched by Fujairah Police in collaboration with the Civil Defence Department called “Safe Summer Without Drowning,” families have been asked to exercise caution when bringing children to the beach.
For safety purposes, beachgoers are encouraged to wear a life vest and refrain from swimming at night.
Rules and other information will be given through flyers, informing people of the safety standards. It will be printed in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
