Armenia eases Visa rules for UAE tourists, opening doors to cultural exchange and tourism

Armenia has eased visa rules for tourists from the UAE, allowing UAE passport holders and residents to enjoy visa-free travel for up to 180 days within a year.

Additionally, citizens from over 50 countries, including Egypt, India, Iraq, Morocco, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia, can obtain a visa at the Armenian border if they hold a valid resident card from GCC member states.

This move aims to promote cultural exchange, tourism, and stronger connections between the two nations. Armenia, located between Europe and Asia, has become a popular destination for UAE travelers due to its short direct flight, affordability, and diverse activities like ziplining, water rafting, paragliding, and winter sports.

The country’s rich culture, cuisine, picturesque landscapes, and historical sites further enhance its appeal.
