Dust may blow over some areas due to winds

On the East coast, skies will be partly cloudy in the morning, then partly cloudy in the afternoon.
Coastal areas and interior areas will also be humid during the night and early Friday morning. Winds that freshen occasionally can blow dust over some areas, especially in conjunction with cloud cover.
