According to a statement made by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), parking fees in Dubai may now be paid using WhatsApp.
“Parking is now as simple as sending a WhatsApp message to the RTA’s Chatbot Mahboub at 971 58 8009090.” According to the RTA, you’ll even save 30 fils on frequent SMS payments.
Users will benefit from lower SMS service costs as a result of this.

Payment may be done by sending the following message to the WhatsApp number:
For Dubai Plates: Plate Code and Number <space> Zone <space> Duration
For other Emirates and GCC countries: Prefix <space> Plate Code and Number <space> Zone <space> Duration
Motorists will be charged parking fees from their digital wallets.
On Sundays, paid parking zones would be free.
The fee will apply for 14 hours daily, from 8am to 10pm.
