Sheikh Maktoum stated the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, was ahead of its time in a video posted on Twitter to commemorate the Accession Day.
The movie depicts Dubai’s transformation from a little hamlet to one of the world’s top cities, with Sheikh Mohammed at the helm.
