The award-winning dining destination has introduced “Seafood Social” – a gastronomic journey through deep water delicacies against stunning panoramic views of Dubai Marina.
On March 23, and for one night only, food connoisseurs are offered an exciting fusion of flavours and aromas inspired by oceanic delights. Guests begin their epicurean expedition with a Lobster ‘Tea’ with 24 months aged Parmesan, followed by Yellow Fin Tuna with Cucumber, Apple, Avocado, the King Crab & Scallops. Next is the mighty Atlantic Cod, served with Cauliflower, Grapes, Hazelnuts and Sea Herbs.
Guests are in for a treat with the sweet lather of a 99 Flake and Donuts with Jam & Custard – a happy reminder of sandy summers!
