Described as an “embodiment of architectural grandeur and exclusivity” by Seran Gheorghe, Vice President of EPG and Director of Sales for Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences, the sale of this property is expected to set a record as the most expensive in Dubai, surpassing the AED500 million sale of a five-bedroom penthouse on Palm Jumeirah in November. Amidst a surge in demand from markets like China and India, Dubai’s prime property market is predicted to experience a 5% price rise in 2024.
