Umm Al Qaiwain authorities are offering a 50% discount on traffic fines incurred within the emirate in anticipation of the 52nd UAE Union Day celebrations.
The initiative, implemented by the Umm Al Qaiwain Police General Command, applies to all types of traffic violations committed before November 1, 2023.
The discount period runs from December 1, 2023, to January 7, 2024, excluding severe offenses such as dangerous driving, damage to property, running red lights, excessive speeding, and unauthorized vehicle modifications.
The aim is to promote adherence to traffic regulations and encourage the settlement of outstanding fines.
