UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed Pakistan Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, discussing bilateral cooperation and emphasizing economic, investment, and developmental opportunities.
The leaders addressed regional and international issues, focusing on the Middle East and the Gaza Strip crisis. They stressed the importance of international action for humanitarian aid delivery, a lasting ceasefire, and a clear path to comprehensive regional peace.
The upcoming UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) was also discussed. Memoranda of understanding were exchanged in various fields, and Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar expressed gratitude for the UAE’s developmental support.
The meeting was attended by high-ranking officials from both countries.
