“In 2019, I co-founded Fx Technology with a vision to empower lives through practical innovation. Our journey began with the aim of shaping the future with every product we create,” Adrian shares.

“I knew there was a world beyond corporate life, and my dreams of being an entrepreneur never faded. My uncles and family recognized my capabilities, offering their support if I took the plunge,” Adrian recalls.
His journey led him to Dubai, the city of dreams, where Fx Technology and Adrian himself have thrived for the past twelve months.
“Dubai is an amazing city, a hub of innovation and a melting pot of diverse cultures. It’s a place where connections are made, and opportunities abound,” he enthuses.
At the core of Adrian’s philosophy is a belief in strong relationships and good values. His exposure to various cultures has emphasized the importance of respect and love, which he carries into every aspect of his life.
“Respect and love are universal languages, crucial in all relationships—be it with family, friends, or colleagues. I strive to lead my life embodying these values,” Adrian shares.
Through his journey, Adrian has learned valuable lessons, especially from his past experiences in sports like bagging a gold medal with the GB Dragon Boat team. The significance of teamwork and collective drive has had a profound impact on his approach to building a successful company.

To prioritize and balance work, family, and personal pursuits, Adrian practices the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai, which helps him find purpose and grounding in life. Time management, prioritization, and outsourcing non-essential tasks ensure that he stays true to his values while nurturing his passions.
Apart from his thriving business pursuits, Adrian coaches kids’ football for his son’s team, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community.
