The RTA shared a video online highlighting the advantages of using RTA transport, such as the convenience of using a nol card instead of cash, the ability to easily retrieve lost items, the presence of well-trained professional drivers, and the option to file complaints if necessary.
In contrast, it also highlights the drawbacks of using unauthorized transport, including the need to carry cash, a lower chance of retrieving lost items, the possibility of encountering unprofessional behavior, and the inability to file complaints.
The warning serves as a reminder to residents to prioritize authorized and regulated transportation options for their safety and convenience.
